1. Payment Terms
50% downpayment is required before work begins. It will not be refundable in case of cancellation. Final payment is due upon completion of the work. No payment, no output.

2. Rates and Rush Fee
No fixed rates. Prices will vary depending on the project’s difficulty. Rush fee is 20% of the final rate. Tasks due within 24 hours is considered rush commissions.

3. Revisions
Maximum of 3 minor revisions are valid upon task completion. Additional work outside the scope of agreement will require separate payment depending on client's request.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Strictly no cancellation. Proceeding with cancellation means client will not be entitled to refund. I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, in which client will receive a full refund of the payment.

5. Confidentiality
Any information shared during the commission process, including personal data and project details, will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

6. Feedback & Promotions
By availing my services, you agree that your feedback (if provided) may be shared on my twitter account for promotional purposes. Don’t worry, personal details will never be shared without your consent.

7. Revisions to Terms
I reserve the right to update the terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes, and continuing with a commission after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.

8. Agreement
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of the commission.
